We accept most major insurances and will complete all necessary filing and paperwork.

Procedure Prep Information:

If you are scheduled for any minimally invasive procedure/injection you may be asked to hold blood thinners and/or aspirin products 5 days before the procedure date.

 

Some procedures do require you to have a driver and arrive fasting/NPO after midnight.

 

If you have been asked to hold blood thinners or aspirin 5 days prior to the procedure please DO NOT discontinue any other medications; for example blood pressure medication.
